What you will do

• Serve as an individual contributor finance partner within the FP&A team to support senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Own end-to-end capital investment and spend forecasting for assigned functions.
• Own end-to-end business unit financials consolidation and prepare executive presentation materials highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Build and maintain dynamic models, forecasts, and budgets to inform strategic decisions and improve performance.
• Analyze variances, identify trends, and deliver clear variance explanations to support budget alignment and profitability.
• Review and approve spend requisitions, reconcile accounts, ensure adherence to accounting standards and corporate policies, and continuously optimize FP&A processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting in a complex or global organization.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and tools; familiarity with NetSuite or Workday Adaptive Planning is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen with the ability to influence outcomes across diverse functions.
• Ability to adapt and pivot as priorities change in a busy environment.
• Comfort working both independently and collaboratively.
