Salary: $5,791.00 - $8,323.42 CAD Monthly

What you will do

• Coordinate and implement alumni programs, monitoring timelines, budgets, and assessments.
• Maintain accurate alumni and volunteer profiles within the university database.
• Develop and monitor protocols for relationship management and generate required reports.
• Support partnerships internally and externally to deliver alumni-related activities and events.
• Prepare briefing notes, presentations, and provide on-site event execution support.
• Manage and advise student employees and volunteers on various projects.

Requirements

• University degree in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum of one year of relevant experience.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, for events and meetings.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive material.
• Intermediate computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite.
