What you will do

  • Lead enterprise sales enablement as a solutions authority throughout the full sales cycle, including discovery, RFP responses, and executive pitches.
  • Translate clinical and operational needs into structured, feasible solution concepts for prospective enterprise clients.
  • Develop and manage key strategic partnerships to drive employer and partner revenue growth.
  • Direct clinical and technical content for RFPs and proposals to ensure strong competitive positioning.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Clinical Operations, and Implementation teams to ensure solution integrity and seamless post-sale handoffs.
  • Represent the organization as a recognized authority in cardiometabolic care at industry conferences and consultant forums.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of progressive sales consultation leadership experience.
  • 5+ years in a senior strategy, solutioning, or commercial leadership role.
  • Must be based in the United States (indicated by 401k and US health benefits).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), sales forecasting, and ROI analysis.
  • Exceptional executive presence and ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
