TL;DR

Events & Community Lead (Marketing): Building and scaling the event and community strategy for a real-assets intelligence platform with an accent on pipeline generation and relationship-driven B2B growth. Focus on designing end-to-end event experiences, managing industry partnerships, and creating a scalable growth playbook from the ground up.

Location: Must be based in New York City with travel across the US and internationally.

hirify.global is a Series A startup building a decision intelligence platform for real-assets investors and managers.

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end event delivery, from intimate dinners to large-scale roundtables and industry forums.
  • Manage 5D's presence at external industry events, including sponsorship and speaking opportunities.
  • Build and nurture relationships with industry bodies to drive community growth and lead generation.
  • Design community initiatives for both product users and senior decision-makers.
  • Develop a scalable event and community playbook to support company growth.
  • Collaborate with sales and commercial teams to ensure events drive measurable business outcomes.

Requirements

  • Must be based in New York City and willing to travel as needed.
  • Proven experience delivering B2B events, programs, or campaigns.
  • Experience managing partnerships, sponsorships, or external stakeholders.
  • Background in relationship-driven B2B markets such as real estate, financial services, or professional services.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a startup environment with evolving briefs.
  • Strong execution skills with attention to detail in event logistics and programming.

Nice to have

  • Experience building community or event programs from scratch.
  • Deep understanding of the real estate or financial services industry.
