What you will do

• Contribute to implementation projects focused on automating Supply Chain data flows.
• Assist in project management for strategic optimization initiatives across Supply Chain Operations.
• Support onboarding for new partners via EDI interfaces and monitor data flows through the Partner Portal (Scayle).
• Coordinate and communicate with internal departments and external stakeholders/suppliers.
• Monitor and maintain KPI reporting dashboards.
• Manage the data conversion system's operational adjustments and update process documentation.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Economics, Digital Management, or a related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently and structurally with strong attention to detail.
• Must be based in Hamburg, Germany.
