What you will do

• Translate logistics process improvements into standardized tools, KPIs, and automation.
• Design and maintain logistics planning logic for vessels, ports, and project flows.
• Develop prioritization frameworks for waste reduction and cost efficiency.
• Build and maintain analytics tools using Excel, Power BI, and Power Platform.
• Create dashboards and automated workflows for stakeholder decision-making.
• Document planning methodologies and act as an interface to the Project Support Office.

Requirements

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or Business Analytics.
• Strong analytical and systems-thinking skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and BI tools like Power BI.
• Experience in logistics, supply chain systems, or process engineering.
• Fluent English language skills required.
• Must be based in or able to work from Hamburg, Germany.

Nice to have

• Experience with automation platforms such as Power Platform.
• German language proficiency.
