What you will do

• Own and develop customs solutions as a product to drive market growth.
• Coordinate return operations and local logistics hubs in Switzerland, the UK, and Norway.
• Implement and refine operational processes and compliance guidelines for e-commerce merchants.
• Collaborate with the Product team to improve the customs SaaS application.
• Take ownership of independent tasks to optimize logistics workflows.

Requirements

• Must be currently enrolled at a German university.
• Must be based in Berlin.
• Commitment of 20 hours per week for at least 12 months.
• Strong communication skills in both German and English (minimum C1 level).
• Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented mindset.

• Background or initial experience in logistics or e-commerce.
