What you will do

• Act as a primary interface between suppliers and internal/external customers within product development projects.
• Clarify and document technical requirements for purchased parts and handle their qualification.
• Execute technical inquiries and coordinate order management to ensure on-time delivery, quality, and cost compliance.
• Conduct supplier evaluations, manage active risks, and participate in supplier audits.
• Contribute to strategic supplier development projects.

Requirements

• Completed studies in industrial engineering, management, electrical engineering, electronics, or mechatronics.
• Proven experience in project work and handling complex topics within interdisciplinary teams.
• Strong business management knowledge and a cost-conscious approach to decision-making.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken (C1).
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Goettingen, Germany.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in SAP.
