What you will do

  • Execute and reconcile material movements within SAP.
  • Monitor inventory levels to ensure high data accuracy and minimal variance.
  • Coordinate closely with cross-functional internal teams and external partners.
  • Improve material tracking, transparency, and reporting processes.
  • Enhance forecasting accuracy and support audit readiness.
  • Drive process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Apprenticeship in Logistics, Business, Supply Chain, or Material Management.
  • 2-5 years of experience in Logistics, Materials Management, or Manufacturing.
  • Fluency in German (written and spoken) is mandatory.
  • Effective communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in SAP or comparable ERP systems for inventory management.
  • Strong data analysis and forecasting skills using Excel.

Nice to have

  • Experience in handling or transporting regulated goods.
  • Understanding of audit and compliance requirements.
  • Problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset.
