Location: Everett, Washington; Washington, D.C.; or remote within the United States. Regular travel of approximately 25% to stakeholder meetings, conferences, and priority states is required.
Salary: $150K–$180K annually

What you will do
- Build and manage relationships with national and multistate organizations, industry associations, and advocacy groups.
- Develop stakeholder maps across priority states and identify influential policymakers and engagement opportunities.
- Lead strategy and execution for conferences, convenings, public affairs events, and policy forums.
- Coordinate stakeholder engagement with state and regional leads, project teams, and policy priorities.
- Partner with policy, communications, technical, and project development teams to reinforce company positions and strategic messaging.
- Represent in meetings, working groups, and external forums with government officials and organizational leaders.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in government affairs, public affairs, policy, or stakeholder engagement.
- Experience working across multiple states or nationally with policy, regulatory, or political stakeholders.
- Ability to build relationships with senior external stakeholders and represent an organization in high-level settings.
- Strong political judgment and ability to prioritize high-impact engagement opportunities.
- Excellent presentation, public-speaking, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel approximately 25% is required.
