Salary: $141,520 - $208,000

What you will do

• Co-architect the overarching strategic direction and execution of the global internal communications program.
• Lead end-to-end strategy and execution for high-stakes, sensitive corporate scenarios, including legal issues, ethics misconduct, and security incidents.
• Drive communication strategies for complex corporate evolutions such as M&A, organizational redesigns, and executive transitions.
• Partner with PR and External Comms to ensure alignment and proper sequencing between internal and external narratives.
• Provide strategic counsel and framework-driven messaging regarding complex external political and social issues.
• Ghostwrite for the CFO and other executives on financial updates, earnings, and organizational all-hands.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or crisis management.
• Proven track record operating at a principal or senior manager level within a global technology company.
• Deep expertise in managing confidential communications regarding M&A, restructuring, and legal actions.
• Exceptional emotional intelligence and ability to influence C-suite executives and legal counsel.
• Masterful storytelling and writing skills to distill complex regulatory or organizational nuances.
• Must be based in the United States (excluding SF Bay Area).
