What you will do

• Implement and manage tasks via Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Reddit, and Pinterest Ads Manager platforms.
• Upload and edit campaigns, targeting methods, ads, keywords, placements, and negatives.
• Analyze performance trends and develop detailed report write-ups with clear explanations and insights.
• Monitor and communicate budget pacing performance to the wider team to ensure KPIs are met.
• Participate in internal syncs, client meetings, and presentations, speaking to channel performance.
• Learn and apply hirify.global's proprietary paid social marketing methodologies.

Requirements

• 1+ year of paid social or relevant professional experience.
• Must be based in the Mountain or Pacific time zones.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, VLookups).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and deliver multiple tasks on time.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (E-Verify/Form I-9).
