What you will do
- Lead day-to-day management for enterprise DTC accounts, serving as the primary point of contact.
- Execute and optimize paid media strategies across SEM and Paid Social, including Google, Meta, and TikTok.
- Manage forecasting, budget planning, and performance pacing leveraging historical data and platform insights.
- Lead incrementality testing and structured experimentation to identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal Creative, Analytics, and Paid Media teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Identify and surface upsell and expansion opportunities aligned with client business objectives.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in paid media, digital marketing, or eCommerce account management.
- Deep understanding of performance marketing, SEM, and Paid Social execution.
- Proven ability to manage high-complexity enterprise DTC accounts independently.
- Strong analytical skills for forecasting, budget pacing, and data interpretation.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint/Canva.
- Must be based in one of the following states: CT, CO, FL, ID, IL, KS, MI, MN, NJ, NY, OR, PA, TN, TX, or WA.
