What you will do

  • Own 4 to 8 high-impact accounts, serving as the primary strategic lead and client steward.
  • Lead executive-level client meetings and translate business goals into actionable advertising roadmaps.
  • Oversee performance narratives, reporting decks, and strategic deliverables for managed accounts.
  • Identify account risks and opportunities to drive retention and expansion.
  • Coach and mentor Account Managers to improve their strategic thinking and independence.
  • Provide high-level guidance on bidding strategies, campaign structures, and platform-level decisions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in paid media within a high-performance agency environment.
  • Deep expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.
  • Executive presence with the ability to command a room and earn stakeholder trust.
  • Proven track record of strategic leadership and setting growth roadmaps.
  • Experience mentoring or managing other account managers.
  • Must be based in the USA to align with company operations and benefits.
