What you will do
- Manage the day-to-day implementation process and timelines from kickoff to go-live for enterprise client stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, customer success, and compliance teams to align client needs with platform capabilities.
- Write clear technical requirements for Engineering teams and manage development backlogs for carrier change requests.
- Build comprehensive project plans and manage internal/external agendas to ensure alignment on scope and dependencies.
- Document initial and ongoing scope changes and decisions throughout the partner implementation process.
- Track and communicate project risks to both internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in client-facing implementation, project management, or solution delivery.
- Experience managing multi-stakeholder software implementations, preferably in SaaS or InsureTech.
- Must be based in the US (employment eligibility confirmed via E-Verify).
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously in fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Google Sheets, and Google Docs.
- Strong communication skills for building relationships with client teams.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with the insurance industry, including underwriting, policy admin systems, or regulatory requirements.
