TL;DR

Lifecycle Product Marketing Director (B2B SaaS): Defining and executing the end-to-end customer journey narrative for the hirify.global One platform with an accent on onboarding, adoption, expansion, and renewal strategies. Focus on translating product value into lifecycle programs, driving NRR, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure customer success and advocacy.

Location: Must be based in the United States (Remote).

Compensation: $170,000 – $210,000 base salary + 20% target annual bonus.

What you will do

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive customer journey framework, from onboarding to advocacy.
  • Create stage-specific messaging and value propositions to guide customers through the hirify.global One platform lifecycle.
  • Partner with Customer Success and Product teams to build scalable onboarding experiences that accelerate time-to-value.
  • Drive expansion and renewal motions through targeted campaigns, ROI frameworks, and executive-level business value narratives.
  • Establish and track lifecycle KPIs, including NRR, churn rate, and adoption health metrics.
  • Equip field teams with playbooks, talk tracks, and content to improve consistency in customer engagements.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, or Lifecycle Marketing in B2B SaaS.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Proven success owning lifecycle strategy at an enterprise SaaS company.
  • Deep understanding of customer success motions, NRR drivers, and churn prevention.
  • Hands-on experience with lifecycle tools such as Gainsight, Salesforce, or Marketo.
  • Ability to travel 15–25% for customer events and internal meetings.

Nice to have

  • Direct experience with hirify.global, Snowflake, Databricks, or modern data stack technologies.
  • Experience with community-led growth or customer advocacy programs.
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
