What you will do
- Deliver Salesforce Field Service assistance across Australia, New Zealand, and Asia.
- Provide technical support and gaming knowledge to the Service Administration team.
- Detect, document, and explore opportunities for system improvements within Salesforce.
- Generate and distribute Salesforce reports to various business stakeholders.
- Maintain and deliver comprehensive training to ensure effective platform usage.
Requirements
- Proven Salesforce experience with a focus on Field Service.
- Must be authorized to work in Australia without visa sponsorship.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
- Strong communication skills for training and team collaboration.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
