What you will do

• Gather and analyze requirements to design robust integration solutions with third-party platforms.
• Define architectural standards and ensure adherence to Appian best practices.
• Lead sprint ceremonies, project release planning, and User Acceptance Testing.
• Perform code reviews and maintain high standards of technical delivery.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, including presenting demos and managing expectations.
• Oversee infrastructure setup and application deployments for project delivery.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in developing enterprise-level web applications using object-oriented stacks.
• 1-2 years of experience in designing web applications and leading development teams.
• Proficiency in J2EE or .NET platforms combined with RDBMS experience (Oracle, MySQL, or SQL Server).
• Strong understanding of agile development methodologies.
• Working knowledge of network configurations and OS platforms (Windows, Linux).
• IT Degree.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in BPM development.
