Location: Must be based in North Sydney, Australia

What you will do
- Gather and analyze requirements to design robust integration solutions with third-party platforms.
- Define architectural standards and ensure adherence to Appian best practices.
- Lead sprint ceremonies, project release planning, and User Acceptance Testing.
- Perform code reviews and maintain high standards of technical delivery.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, including presenting demos and managing expectations.
- Oversee infrastructure setup and application deployments for project delivery.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in developing enterprise-level web applications using object-oriented stacks.
- 1-2 years of experience in designing web applications and leading development teams.
- Proficiency in J2EE or .NET platforms combined with RDBMS experience (Oracle, MySQL, or SQL Server).
- Strong understanding of agile development methodologies.
- Working knowledge of network configurations and OS platforms (Windows, Linux).
- IT Degree.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in BPM development.
