Consultant / Senior Consultant - EAM / PLM (TechnologyOne): Delivering high-quality TechnologyOne solutions across design, implementation, and support with an accent on the integration of Assets/Works (EAM) and Project Lifecycle Management (PLM). Focus on translating business requirements into system configurations, managing ETL processes, and optimizing operational flows across the TechnologyOne ecosystem.
Location: Hybrid. Office locations in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, Perth or New Zealand.

What you will do
- Design, plan, implement, and support TechnologyOne EAM/Works and PLM solutions.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into fit-for-purpose system configurations.
- Facilitate and contribute to client workshops, meetings, and presentations.
- Develop and maintain technical, functional, and process documentation.
- Support all project phases, including configuration, testing, UAT, go-live, and hypercare.
- Advise on integrations between PLM, Enterprise Budgeting (EB), Financials, and Supply Chain.
Requirements
- 3–4+ years of consulting experience (or equivalent end-user experience).
- Demonstrated experience delivering TechnologyOne EAM/Works solutions with PLM exposure.
- Experience in business system design and implementation.
- Ability to identify and deliver process improvements and practical solutions.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Confidence delivering customer training both face-to-face and remotely.
Nice to have
- Proficiency with tScripts.
- Experience with ETL (data migration, transformation, and integration support).
- Skills in reporting, analytics, and dashboarding within EAM/Works/PLM environments.
