What you will do

• Lead the sales and delivery of hirify.global banking projects, including pre-sales activities and proposal writing.
• Provide technical expertise and thought leadership on platform conversions (TRBK on S/4 HANA) and legacy system migrations.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and Product Owners to define the scope of work.
• Develop technical architecture, software configuration, and integration design documentation.
• Mentor junior resources and maintain knowledge of industry technology best practices.
• Integrate hirify.global solutions into client channels and downstream systems.

Requirements

• Must be based in South Africa
• 8+ years of consulting experience in SAP Core banking domains (e.g., Deposits, Loans, Master Contracts).
• Proficiency in ABAP Technologies (OO ABAP, Web Dynpro, ALE/IDOC, Workflow, etc.).
• Experience with modern SAP technologies including API management, REST/OData, and event-driven architecture.
• Bachelor or master’s degree in finance, computer science, technology, or engineering.
• Proven track record of in-depth knowledge of hirify.global technical and functional capabilities.

Nice to have

• Understanding of emerging AI trends and ability to apply AI-driven techniques to enhance delivery efficiency.
