Location: Must be based in or able to commute to La Defense, France (Hybrid: 2 days/week in office)

What you will do

  • Drive value realization and solution adoption across a diverse portfolio of complex global businesses.
  • Facilitate executive-level meetings to measure progress, business impact, and strategic alignment.
  • Develop and execute cross-functional account strategies and Customer Success Plans.
  • Forecast revenue risk and identify opportunities for service expansion within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent delivery of success metrics and goals.
  • Exercise cultural sensitivity while managing stakeholder relationships across multiple EMEA markets.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales.
  • Fluent English proficiency required for international communication.
  • Strong business and financial acumen with a deep understanding of SaaS models.
  • Proven track record of driving client adoption, retention, and growth in strategic accounts.
  • Ability to travel 20-30% for customer meetings and company events across EMEA.
  • Must be able to work from the La Defense office 2 days per week.

Nice to have

  • Treasury domain expertise.
  • Professional proficiency in German or French.
  • Experience facilitating Customer Advisory Councils or board-level relationships.
