What you will do
- Drive value realization and solution adoption across a diverse portfolio of complex global businesses.
- Facilitate executive-level meetings to measure progress, business impact, and strategic alignment.
- Develop and execute cross-functional account strategies and Customer Success Plans.
- Forecast revenue risk and identify opportunities for service expansion within existing accounts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent delivery of success metrics and goals.
- Exercise cultural sensitivity while managing stakeholder relationships across multiple EMEA markets.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales.
- Fluent English proficiency required for international communication.
- Strong business and financial acumen with a deep understanding of SaaS models.
- Proven track record of driving client adoption, retention, and growth in strategic accounts.
- Ability to travel 20-30% for customer meetings and company events across EMEA.
- Must be able to work from the La Defense office 2 days per week.
Nice to have
- Treasury domain expertise.
- Professional proficiency in German or French.
- Experience facilitating Customer Advisory Councils or board-level relationships.
