What you will do
- Support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and pensions.
- Administer company benefits such as Payroll, Pension, Reward Gateway, and Fleet.
- Maintain accurate employee records within HR systems, specifically Employee Central and ADP.
- Resolve general HR queries using the "Ask HR" ticket system in accordance with company policies.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and stakeholders to provide reports and data analysis.
- Manage purchase orders and support the processing of invoices.
Requirements
- Strong administrative abilities, preferably with a background in HR or payroll.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
- Ability to plan and prioritize workload with high attention to detail.
- Location: Must be based in Bradford, UK
