What you will do

• Resolve escalated issues requiring backend/system changes across identity, SaaS, and endpoint platforms.
• Administer identity management (e.g., AD, Okta), SaaS tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft 365), and endpoint management solutions.
• Perform system configurations, access management, and controlled changes to maintain system integrity and security.
• Identify root causes of recurring issues and implement fixes to prevent recurrence.
• Support onboarding and offboarding via system provisioning and deprovisioning; maintain system documentation.
• Troubleshoot network-related issues within managed systems and escalate infrastructure-level issues to Operations; contribute to automation and process improvements.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or a related role.
• Experience administering identity systems (Active Directory, Okta) and SaaS platforms (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365).
• Experience with endpoint management and device provisioning tools (Jamf, Intune, Airwatch).
• Strong troubleshooting skills across user, system, and platform-related issues, including access management and security best practices.
• Experience working with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira) and maintaining accurate documentation.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
