TL;DR

IT Systems Administrator (Okta/SaaS/MDM): Own internal IT operations end to end, including identity and access management, new-hire onboarding, endpoint management, and SaaS tool stack administration with an accent on Okta (SSO/SCIM/integrations) and SOC 2 readiness. Focus on building scalable, repeatable IT processes that meet audit requirements while coordinating with operations, engineering, and external vendors.

What you will do

• Administer Okta across the tool stack, managing SSO, SCIM provisioning, and app integrations.
• Onboard and offboard users across Okta and non-Okta applications; manage access for vendors and contractors.
• Own new-hire IT onboarding (laptop setup through day-one tool access) and manage device enrollment, configuration, and compliance via Iru.
• Maintain hardware inventory and manage device lifecycle.
• Manage SaaS tool vendors: integration requirements, setup, deprecation, and documentation of access policies and vendor relationships.
• Support SOC 2 compliance readiness by partnering with the Systems Team and helping implement a compliance platform such as Vanta.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in corporate IT or systems administration, ideally at a tech company.
• Hands-on Okta experience, including setting up SSO integrations and managing provisioning (not just administering existing configs).
• Experience with Apple-focused MDM (Iru/Kandji, Jamf, or similar).
• Familiarity with SOC 2 requirements and ideally experience working in or toward a SOC 2 environment.
• Strong cross-functional communication with operations, engineering, and external vendors.
• Highly organized and process-oriented: document work and build repeatable procedures.

• Experience with compliance platforms like Vanta or Drata.
