What you will do

• Operate and set up various machining equipment including CNC lathes, mills, grinders, drills, EDMs, and hones.
• Perform precise fit and lap operations according to technical requirements.
• Execute operator-level machine functions and maintenance tasks.
• Ensure high-quality output through thorough inspection and measurement.
• Apply lean management principles and continuous improvement methodologies to daily tasks.
• Maintain a zero-defect mindset to support the company quality system.

Requirements

• Must be based in Baguio City, Philippines for this onsite role.
• Completed at least 3rd year of an engineering course plus a general machine shop course, OR an engineering degree with 2 years of machining experience.
• Alternatively, a degree in Mechanical, Electromechanical, or Tool and Die Technology.
• Proficiency in blueprint reading and metrology.
• Ability to work with export-controlled information.
