What you will do

• Plan and execute production machine runs to meet output targets and maximize productivity.
• Oversee end-to-end manufacturing equipment performance, including OEE effectiveness and cost efficiency.
• Supervise, coach, and develop a team of engineers and technicians to optimize performance.
• Define package mix and product flexibility requirements to meet production needs.
• Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities through cross-functional collaboration.
• Ensure equipment compliance with audit requirements and quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in Equipment Maintenance Engineering or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Proven ability to manage operational costs and drive efficiency.
• Excellent data analysis and technical knowledge.
• Experience with international collaboration and occasional travel.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with advanced OEE tracking systems and reporting tools.
• Exposure to Lean Six Sigma or other operational excellence methodologies.
