What you will do

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and continuously improve customized automated manufacturing equipment to achieve high availability and reliability.
• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance to support daily production operations and stable manufacturing output.
• Drive equipment improvements to optimize Availability, MTTR, MTBF, MTTC, and overall maintenance cost.
• Collaborate with Equipment Engineers, Production, and Vendors on sustaining activities and equipment recovery.
• Document breakdown reports and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) and escalate design-related issues for long-term fixes.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience sustaining or maintaining automated manufacturing equipment.
• Hands-on experience with preventive maintenance (PM) execution/optimization and breakdown response with root cause troubleshooting.
• Experience with customized, non-standard, or offshore (China-built) machines in production-critical environments with minimal downtime.
• Strong hands-on PLC & control systems experience (Keyence VT/KV Studio, Mitsubishi GX Works, or Omron CX/Sysmac) including monitoring logic, tracing sequences, and diagnosing logic-based stoppages.
• Practical knowledge across mechanical, electrical, sensors/field devices (PLC-integrated), motion & automation control, and pneumatics.
• Ability to support shift work, overtime, and on-call support.
