What you will do

• Lead the EMEA regional Value Engineering motion and own the global vision, roadmap, and adoption of the ValueIQ self-service platform.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to drive measurable business outcomes and TCO savings for major customers.
• Proactively engage in strategic EMEA deals, building and defending high-impact business cases for C-level executives (CFOs, CIOs, CDOs).
• Establish a framework and cadence for post-sale value realization to drive renewals and expansion.
• Develop reusable IP, including industry value narratives, ROI models, and benchmarks to be used across the field.
• Enable and coach AEs, CSMs, and partners in EMEA to increase competency in value-led selling.

Requirements

• 10+ years in Value Engineering, business consulting, or strategic enterprise sales.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of delivering customer-validated business cases at the CFO and CIO level.
• Demonstrated experience building VE assets, frameworks, or platforms from scratch.
• Strong financial and analytical acumen, including TCO analysis and sensitivity testing.
• Must be based in London, United Kingdom.

Nice to have

• Industry depth in Financial Services or Retail.
• Familiarity with semantic layers, BI, analytics, or modern data stacks (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks).
• Experience contributing to value automation tooling or self-service value platforms.
• Active personal brand or thought leadership in the VE, GTM, or analytics community.
