What you will do
- Support recruiting by identifying outstanding candidates, assessing applications, and coordinating hiring processes.
- Contribute to sales and business development by finding opportunities, engaging customers/partners, and improving commercial processes.
- Own projects that improve office and operations workflows to ensure a seamless employee and visitor experience.
- Work with product, design, engineering, and growth teams to understand user needs and improve experiences.
- Design and improve systems and initiatives that enable employee growth and an exceptional employee experience.
- Leverage AI and automation to reduce unnecessary manual work and improve operational decision-making.
Requirements
- Proficient English: read, write, and speak proficiently in English.
- Strong reasoning ability: solve complex problems, think from first principles, and structure ideas clearly.
- Financial rigor: comfortable building financial models, analyzing business performance, and working with large datasets.
- High drive and ownership: ambitious, initiative-taking, and able to hold a high standard for work quality.
- Team spirit: collaborative mindset, reliability, honesty, and transparency.
- Role is for exceptional graduates in humanities and related disciplines (e.g., philosophy, history, literature, classics, political science).
