Location: Must be based in Toronto, Austin, Boston, Chicago, Denver, New Jersey, New York City, Philadelphia, Raleigh, or London (UK) with on-site presence at least three days per week.

Salary: $145,000–$165,000 (US) / $200,000–$225,000 CAD (Ontario).

What you will do

• Define and execute the long-term product vision and strategy for the Lito GenAI platform.
• Drive platform-wide integration, ensuring consistent and scalable AI capabilities across all hirify.global products.
• Partner with engineering, design, and AI/ML teams to deliver high-quality, performant AI experiences.
• Engage directly with enterprise customers and law firm leaders to validate problems and refine solutions.
• Lead and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a culture of execution and innovation.
• Collaborate with go-to-market teams to shape pricing, positioning, and sales enablement strategies.

Requirements

• Significant experience in product leadership roles within B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or legal technology.
• Demonstrable expertise with generative AI and LLM technologies, including shipping AI-powered products.
• Proven track record of defining and executing product strategy across multiple product lines.
• Ability to work on-site at least three days per week in one of the specified office locations.
• Strong people leadership skills with experience building and mentoring high-performing teams.
• Exceptional communication skills for engaging both technical and executive stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience in the legal technology market or professional services industry.
• Experience working within a Microsoft 365 / Azure ecosystem.
