Principal Product Manager (Infrastructure Observability): Defining and driving the vision and strategy for infrastructure observability within the hirify.global Search AI Platform with an accent on end-to-end full-stack monitoring experiences. Focus on identifying product gaps, owning the roadmap, and collaborating across engineering and design teams to deliver high-impact solutions for complex infrastructure systems.

Location: Must be based in the US, Greece, Ireland, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Sweden, or the UK.

Salary: $159,800–$303,500 USD

What you will do

  • Define and drive the vision and strategy for Infrastructure Observability.
  • Identify gaps in the end-to-end user experience and own the product roadmap.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, UX, and Design teams to deliver top-notch product experiences.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing on go-to-market strategy, messaging, and feature adoption.
  • Track user engagement and feedback to inform continuous product evolution.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in product management or a closely related field.
  • Extensive experience in monitoring cloud and infrastructure systems.
  • Deep domain knowledge in observability and performance monitoring.
  • Ability to convert abstract problems into concrete, prioritized solutions.
  • Outstanding spoken and written communication skills.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the specified countries (US, UK, or EU locations listed).
