Salary: $62,400 - $93,600

What you will do

• Conduct market research and analyze competitive landscapes to support commercialization strategies.
• Coordinate logistics for customer education, training events, and technology roadshows.
• Support product launch planning by tracking deliverables and compiling cross-functional inputs.
• Facilitate technical conversations and product demonstrations for sales teams and surgeon customers.
• Manage customer communications and maintain contact lists for key opinion leaders.
• Collaborate with R&D, clinical, and regulatory teams to ensure marketing deliverables remain on track.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks during event support
• Must be able to work onsite at least 4 days per week
• Strong communication skills for partnering with technical personnel and surgeons
• Willingness to travel up to 30%

Nice to have

• 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or product management
• Master’s degree or MBA in Business, Marketing, or Biomedical Engineering
• Knowledge of the global medical devices market
• Experience in spine surgery or healthcare settings
