What you will do

• Provide daily operational support to Inside Sales Account Managers.
• Enter and maintain accurate customer, opportunity, and order data in RADAR.
• Build and prepare sales quotes based on approved pricing and configurations.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve pricing or data discrepancies.
• Review quotes for completeness and accuracy prior to customer delivery.
• Maintain organized records of quotes, pricing requests, and approvals.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship required
• 0-1 years of experience in the IT industry.
• Ability to learn and understand sales procedures and protocols.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• 4-year post-secondary degree.
• Inside sales experience.
• Entry-level certifications in OEM training programs.
