What you will do

  • Own end-to-end administration of SalesLoft, including user provisioning and platform governance.
  • Build, maintain, and optimize sales cadences to align with go-to-market priorities.
  • Monitor and analyze cadence performance metrics to surface actionable insights for leadership.
  • Manage integrations between SalesLoft and adjacent systems like CRM and marketing automation tools.
  • Troubleshoot automated workflows to ensure reliable data flow across the sales tech stack.
  • Develop standard operating procedures and training materials for platform users.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or sales tech administration.
  • Hands-on experience with SalesLoft, including cadence management and reporting.
  • Proven ability to manage integrations between SaaS platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience building dashboards and reporting.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Salesforce Admin certification.
  • Familiarity with integration tools like Zapier or Workato.
  • Experience with other sales engagement platforms such as Outreach or Apollo.
  • Background in demand generation or revenue marketing.
