What you will do
- Own end-to-end administration of SalesLoft, including user provisioning and platform governance.
- Build, maintain, and optimize sales cadences to align with go-to-market priorities.
- Monitor and analyze cadence performance metrics to surface actionable insights for leadership.
- Manage integrations between SalesLoft and adjacent systems like CRM and marketing automation tools.
- Troubleshoot automated workflows to ensure reliable data flow across the sales tech stack.
- Develop standard operating procedures and training materials for platform users.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or sales tech administration.
- Hands-on experience with SalesLoft, including cadence management and reporting.
- Proven ability to manage integrations between SaaS platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Strong analytical skills with experience building dashboards and reporting.
- Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Salesforce Admin certification.
- Familiarity with integration tools like Zapier or Workato.
- Experience with other sales engagement platforms such as Outreach or Apollo.
- Background in demand generation or revenue marketing.
