What you will do

  • Identify and resolve data quality issues in CRM and spreadsheet exports to maintain database accuracy.
  • Format and enrich datasets to prepare them for system uploads and campaign execution.
  • Execute and troubleshoot Python scripts to automate data preparation and quality checks.
  • Support onboarding and ongoing training for sales representatives on tools, processes, and best practices.
  • Manage the enablement case queue and track metrics related to training completion and tool adoption.
  • Develop and organize sales enablement content, including playbooks, battlecards, and email templates.

Requirements

  • Experience working with sales or operations data in a professional environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data cleaning techniques.
  • Ability to build and navigate relationships with cross-functional leaders and teams.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling complex datasets.
  • Must be based in the United States to comply with company benefits and employment structure.
  • Basic understanding of Python for data automation tasks.

Nice to have

  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with GTM and Enablement platforms like Revenue.io, ZoomInfo, or Gong.
  • Ability to manage requests across multiple business units in a fast-paced environment.
