Senior Product Manager (Data Platform)

Location: Remote (Must be based in the US)

Salary: $150,000 – $210,000

What you will do

• Define and execute the data product strategy and roadmap aligned with company objectives and customer needs.
• Develop business cases for new platform capabilities and strategic enhancements to improve scalability and interoperability.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver scalable data products and insights solutions.
• Partner with engineering and analytics teams to launch and optimize data platforms and reporting solutions.
• Conduct market research and customer discovery to identify emerging data opportunities.
• Define and monitor KPIs to measure performance, user adoption, and business impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Health Informatics, Data Science, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of product management experience, including ownership of technical products or platform capabilities.
• Professional background in data platforms, APIs, analytics, or healthcare technology.
• Working knowledge of healthcare data domains (claims, eligibility, authorizations, etc.).
• Familiarity with healthcare data standards including HL7, FHIR, and X12.
• Ability to write detailed product requirements for data ingestion, mapping, and governance.

Nice to have

• Experience with utilization management, prior authorization, or revenue integrity.
• Familiarity with EHR systems and interoperability platforms.
• Background building capabilities for third-party applications or customer-configured workflows.
• Knowledge of data rights, de-identification, and regulated healthcare data governance.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code or Codex.
