What you will do

• Deliver IOP program curriculum consisting of the Matrix Model, Seeking Safety, and CBT sessions for a minimum of 3 hours per day.
• Conduct admissions using ASAM criteria to determine the appropriate level of care for patients.
• Provide evidence-based individual counseling, TCM, and crisis support services to IOP patients.
• Develop clinical documentation, including assessments and treatment plans, meeting regulatory and billing requirements.
• Collaborate with clinical teams, case managers, and external referral partners to ensure smooth program operations.
• Maintain accurate and organized patient records in compliance with state regulatory IOP requirements.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Woodbury, MN
• Valid LADC licensure or certification required for the role.
• Proficiency in using ASAM criteria for admissions and care assignment.
• Ability to maintain a schedule of 5:30am - 2pm, Monday through Friday.
• Strong knowledge of substance abuse populations, treatment planning, and human social services.
