Global Head Of Benefits (Hrtech): Leading and improving benefits programs, policies, and processes, focusing on the US, EMEA, and APAC teams with an accent on designing global benefit constructs based on statutory and regulatory requirements. Focus on partnering with senior leaders to align benefit philosophy and business strategy, and managing global vendor relationships.

Location: Based in the Mission Bay, San Francisco, CA office. Hybrid work model: three days in the office per week with optional work from home on Thursdays and Fridays. Relocation assistance available.

Salary: $260K – $300K + Offers Equity

• Lead the design and administration of comprehensive employee benefits programs.
• Develop and articulate a rewards philosophy that resonates with every level of the organization.
• Partner with senior leadership and People teams to identify key opportunities for enhancing the rewards offering.
• Lead and mentor a talented group of benefits and People professionals.
• Take ownership of all compliance and regulatory updates, ensuring programs meet necessary standards globally.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in benefits strategy and operations, with a strong record of designing and implementing successful global programs.
• Experience leading global teams of 5+ colleagues in the realms of benefits, rewards, or global mobility.
• Expertise in navigating compliance and regulatory requirements surrounding global benefits programs.
• A results-driven approach paired with outstanding analytical and project management capabilities.
• Leading change and driving programs at a global scale with high-growth expansion.
