What you will do

• Coordinate discovery activities, including organizing workshops, analyzing data, and mapping processes.
• Partner with business stakeholders to uncover challenges and identify opportunities for meaningful improvement.
• Assess pain points, risks, and dependencies to present insight-led recommendations.
• Collaborate with technical and business SMEs to ensure high-quality analysis and alignment.
• Support the development of options for divisional roadmaps and strategic priorities.
• Guide and support less experienced colleagues during assignments.

Requirements

• Experience in business analysis, business improvement, or continuous improvement.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and translate findings into actionable insights.
• Confidence in facilitating workshops and leading structured stakeholder conversations.
• Knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall delivery approaches.
• Clear and concise communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Must be based in or able to work in Cardiff, UK.
