What you will do

• Manage research agencies to evolve insight programs and meet business needs.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to communicate findings and drive improvements.
• Synthesize complex data into actionable insights for executive board-level presentations.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK with the ability to work from London, Reading, Stirling, or Edinburgh.
• Proven experience in developing and tracking audience insights to drive business growth.
• Strong background in both qualitative and quantitative research design and segmentation.
• Expertise in managing multiple tracking studies and agency relationships.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Ability to simplify complex data themes into clear, actionable business recommendations.
