TL;DR

What you will do

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders within a portfolio of high-value Power & Technology accounts.
  • Deliver tailored success programs that drive measurable ROI, product adoption, and strategic alignment.
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews to translate usage data into clear, actionable insights for customers.
  • Monitor account health, mitigate risks, and partner with Sales to drive renewals and expansion.
  • Develop and refine playbooks for the Power & Technology segment to scale customer success effectiveness.
  • Advocate for customer needs by influencing internal Product, Research, and Commercial teams.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Houston, TX for this onsite role.
  • Proven experience managing complex, high-value B2B accounts.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or client-facing roles.
  • Strong understanding of power markets, energy transition, or infrastructure trends.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and Customer Success platforms.
  • Ability to travel as needed for strategic customer engagement (10–20%).
