What you will do
- Lead and scale a customer success team, ensuring disciplined pipeline management and forecast accuracy.
- Translate success strategy into clear priorities and tiered servicing plans for the finance and insurance vertical.
- Provide hands-on coaching for complex renewals, strategic account planning, and high-impact negotiations.
- Orchestrate team activities across multiple segments and products to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Serve as an executive escalation point for strategic deals and high-value customer meetings.
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Marketing to drive long-term customer value and revenue outcomes.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States or Canada
- 7-10+ years of customer success experience with significant people leadership responsibility.
- Proven success managing and scaling complex B2B customer success teams.
- Experience in data, analytics, SaaS, research, or advisory-based businesses.
- Strong coaching skills and the ability to influence without direct renewals responsibility.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or equivalent CRM platforms.
