What you will do

• Run transactional procurement end-to-end: requisition to PO closure, timely order placement, supplier communication, delivery tracking, and resolution of operational issues.
• Maintain procurement performance metrics and ensure efficient execution of the purchase order lifecycle across assigned categories and business areas.
• Support uninterrupted operations by following up on PO issuance, order confirmations, delivery status, and KPI compliance.
• Conduct negotiations and manage supplier selection to meet quality, service, and cost requirements; review supplier performance for contract compliance.
• Implement sourcing projects for standardization, preferred supplier utilization, and cost savings; perform analysis and reporting (savings validation, inflation, inventory history, utilization/consumption).
• Develop and coordinate RFI/RFP/RFQ for new and existing products/services and initiate cost reduction programs to deliver savings targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of purchasing experience, including negotiations, contract management, and strategic sourcing processes.
• Experience managing procurement-related projects.
• Essential command of English (90%) and Spanish (required).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficient with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Preferably experience across various industry sites.
