What you will do

• Manage the transactional procurement process from requisition through purchase order closure.
• Issue purchase orders, confirm orders, track deliveries, communicate with suppliers, and resolve operational issues.
• Manage MRO and indirect procurement activities for the Muzquiz site and assigned business areas.
• Conduct supplier selection and negotiations while managing contracts and monitoring supplier compliance.
• Develop and execute sourcing projects, RFI/RFP/RFQ processes, preferred supplier initiatives, and cost-reduction programs.
• Maintain procurement KPIs, validate savings, and support uninterrupted operations and business continuity.

Requirements

• University degree, preferably completed.
• At least 3 years of purchasing experience, including negotiations, contract management, and strategic sourcing.
• Experience managing projects.
• Advanced English, conversational C1 level required.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and computer skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience in multiple industry sites is preferred.
