Salary: $140,000–$190,000 Annually

What you will do
- Lead the transition of machinery, tooling, and processes to the new Advanced Integrated Manufacturing (AIM) facility.
- Manage tactical and operational plans with clear KPIs to meet production, quality, and schedule goals.
- Oversee capital equipment selection, justification, acquisition, and onboarding.
- Maintain a rolling 10-year capital plan for the assigned area of responsibility.
- Identify and implement process improvements, including machining optimization and automation initiatives.
- Influence cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and operational excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering required.
- 10+ years of progressive manufacturing engineering experience, ideally in machining environments.
- 3+ years of proven leadership experience in manufacturing engineering.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering complex projects on schedule.
- Must be eligible to access U.S. export-controlled information.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Word).
Nice to have
- Hands-on machining background and process optimization experience.
- Experience with CAD/CAM programming and manual CNC programming.
- Familiarity with DfM, GD&T, and blueprint reading.
- Experience with SQL, Power BI, JIRA, and Teamcenter.
