What you will do

• Drive the company's FP&A and biz-ops function, including building forecasting models and designing commission plans.
• Surface insights through KPI reporting and variance analysis to guide decisions across GTM, product, and operations.
• Manage post-sales operations, encompassing the process from invoicing through cash collection.
• Coordinate with hardware vendors and supply chain partners to manage GPU utilization and inventory forecasting.
• Build and implement scalable processes to improve organizational efficiency.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in strategy and operations roles at a B2B startup.
• Degree in economics, finance, or engineering, or a degree from a top MBA program.
• Strong analytical skills with experience building financial and operational models in Excel.
• Proven experience with forecasting, FP&A, and operational planning.
• Must be located in or able to relocate to Sunnyvale, USA.
