What you will do
- Own the end-to-end Sales GTM reporting framework, including pipeline health, bookings, and win rates.
- Build and maintain pipeline creation models to translate bookings targets into actionable requirements.
- Manage product and team target mapping across regions and segments.
- Partner with Revenue Operations to ensure data accuracy in Salesforce and forecasting platforms like Clari.
- Present analytical findings and forward-looking insights to Sales leadership and C-suite executives.
- Audit and resolve data integrity issues to ensure reporting accuracy across Tableau and connected platforms.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in analytics, Revenue Operations, or GTM analytics within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Advanced SQL skills across multi-object schemas.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce data structures and data quality patterns.
- Strong proficiency with BI platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Expert-level Excel skills for planning models and complex data manipulation.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship (no visa support provided).
Nice to have
- Experience with Clari or similar revenue forecasting platforms.
- Exposure to Python or R for modeling and automation.
- Experience covering multiple GTM functions such as Sales, Marketing, or Renewals.
