Lead Quantitative BI Analyst (Business Intelligence)

What you will do

• Build and maintain driver-based three-statement financial models for scenario analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and valuation.
• Perform advanced data mining and statistical modeling on large, complex datasets to identify trends and support strategic decisions.
• Design enterprise BI architecture, data science models, pipelines, data warehouses, and scalable ETL/ELT processes.
• Create automated Power BI and Tableau dashboards and reporting tools for financial and operational performance.
• Integrate BI tools with ERP and CRM systems and partner with finance, product, and technology teams to validate models and align solutions with business objectives.
• Present recommendations to senior executives, implement data governance and metadata standards, and mentor junior analysts and engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
• 7+ years of combined experience in financial analysis and BI or data engineering roles.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, including familiarity with SaaS metrics such as ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, and churn.
• 3+ years of experience with SQL, Python, pandas or Spark, and BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• 3+ years of experience with data warehousing, ETL/ELT processes, and cloud-based data platforms.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, ownership, adaptability, and execution skills.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree or credential such as an MBA, CFA, or CFP.
• Experience applying standard scikit-learn models and data science solutions at scale.
