What you will do

• Support development and analysis of sales campaigns using Salesforce, Power BI, and SQL to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
• Maintain and update Salesforce data for accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
• Research, compile, and manage sales and business data for Go-To-Market revenue initiatives.
• Conduct website research and build targeted contact lists for outreach and campaigns.
• Promote sales best practices and monitor sales team performance to uncover revenue opportunities.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in sales analytics or sales performance role.
• 2+ years experience communicating skill assessment findings.
• Experience using CRM and analytics tools such as Salesforce and Power BI with strong data analysis skills.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and performance metrics.
