What you will do

  • Own and deliver channel forecasting analysis, including quality, bias, and mix across partners and regions.
  • Analyze pipeline and deal quality to identify bottlenecks, non-scaling patterns, and execution gaps.
  • Assess program effectiveness and ROI to inform strategic optimization or sunset decisions.
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for Sales, Programs, and Ops stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data structures that enable accurate forecasting and behavior analysis.
  • Track sales velocity to highlight friction points across enablement and operations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales/channel operations, or business intelligence.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis and modeling (advanced Excel, SQL).
  • Proven ability to build and maintain dashboards and performance insights for leadership.
  • Experience working with messy or partial data to produce accurate, defensible insights.
  • Excellent written communication skills for producing audit-safe documentation and executive summaries.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, matrixed environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting Channel/Partner businesses.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and BI ecosystems (Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau, or Looker).
  • Familiarity with Lead-to-Cash (L2C) concepts.
  • MBA degree.
