What you will do

• Design and ship end-to-end AI agents for customs compliance, document processing, and exception management.
• Collaborate across organizational boundaries to align stakeholders and solve deep domain problems.
• Rapidly iterate from idea to production, treating deployments as learning opportunities.
• Work with operators and leadership to transform ambiguous problems into shipped AI solutions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• Extensive experience building with LLMs in production or significant side projects.
• Fluency in AI patterns: RAG, prompt engineering, tool use, and evaluation.
• Full-stack proficiency in TypeScript and Next.js.
• Strong product instincts and entrepreneurial drive to thrive in ambiguity.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Amsterdam office (3 days/week).

Nice to have

• Experience with workflow orchestration tools like Temporal.
• Experience building internal tools or operator-facing applications.
